So, basically you are saying that they have the money but they don´t have the brains.

Nocerino said that he was in his car going to Florence when he recieved a call from Secco telling him to turn back and Join Juve's training because he was not being sold. And if Moggi truly intervened, then it means Moggi is still in contact with Secco. which makes sense considering Secco used to work for Moggi.
