no, ranieri makes the decisions and secco/blanc work on behalf of Ranieri.

Anybody else wanna throw their 2 cents in on this?
they listen to ranieri attentively yes but, believe me they can over rule him if they want. But they should beware of the consequences that might follow

of course they can over rule him, for example if Ranieri tells them to go for Huntelaar, but Ajax are asking for more than Juve are willing to spend, Secco will inform Ranieri and tell him there will be no deal.
But Secco does not choose who he wants to sign, if Juve are unable to sign a player, they will once again go to Ranieri and see who else he wants, and they will negotiate with the respective club. Also, Secco cannot just decide, "oh i dont like for example Molinaro, im going to place him on the transfer list". Ranieri has the final say wether a player is able to leave.

no you still dont get it, yes they listen to his advice and always take it. But for some insane reason they didn't value Ranieri's opinion, I dont know but why but say if they did they could over rule him.
Let's say technically I'm right because in theroy that's what happens.
Let's say realistically your right because secco and co dont have the balls to ignore ranieri and dont want another deschamps senario.
Are we clear and ok now? Becuase I gotta get some sleep now cause its an early start for me tomorrow.

They can chose who they want, ranieri has influence but he does not make the decisions, Moggi used to sign all our players. Why do you think people were slating Secco for Tiago, Almiron and co rather than Ranieri???

Surely if the coach made all the decisions then he is to blame and Secco is a saint???

Your on the same wavelength as me and what I'm trying to tell francesco. Secco and co have the power to do what they want but for the time being they are choosing to cooperate with ranieri

Yeah, who needs Podunkski, we have IAQUINTA!
check the stats and you'll agree with yourself

Podolski hasn't done anything at Bayern. In fact he often reminded me of Gilardino at Milan.

Prove yourself that you're not just a hyper basing your opinion on a handful of games.

and oh yeah, watch bundesliga ..

Iaquinta better than Podolski. :lol2: Give me a fucking break.

And Burke, who has watched all Bayern matches this season, prefers Podolski to Klose. He knows more about the Bundesliga than you do, so I'll trust his opinion.

Dude, Iaquinta has been way more useful than Podolski has. There isn't even any comparison needed. You're just hyping him on his games at the euros (which were good). Kind of cheap.

So what ? My friend is as big a bayern fan as burke is (i guess they even 'know' eachother) and i actually see bundesliga games (sorry for you though).

How on earth can you trust your opinion on somebody else's ? You've barely seen Podolski play! Pretty poor for a self-complacent guy.

I've seen plenty of Bayern matches and plenty of Iaquinta and Podolski to say that the latter is better. I mean Jesus, talk about overrating your own players for crying out loud.

Podolski is sick, its not his fault he doesnt get to start for Bayern Munich , likewise for Schweinsteiger, i like to watch Bayern, i enjoy german football, and Podolski is sick, very talented and fast, and i am sure Podolski is a great player, times better than Vincenzo, no offense to Iaquinta. Schweinsteiger is my boy for life, again doesn't get much playing time and hasnt been very good recently, but he is a good player and showed it today against Portugal, made me very proud of him.

Well obviously it is his fault because its not like he has been amazing but benched regardless. He was signed from a division 2 team, and had big expectations, and he failed to live up to them in every way for Bayern in two seasons in a row.

In short, has been a failure, 9 goals in total in two seasons is NOT good. And its defenitely not showing his talent (club season atleast, shows himself for the NT to say the least, already 28 goals for Germany).

Hopefully for his sake, it works better under Klinsmann, who likes Podolski. But whats important is Podolski himself shows what he can do. And in the times I have seen Bayern, he has failed to show much and been average.
