Incredible, the last matches made clear that the 4-4-2 just doesn't work, why does he keep trying?
I was all for him, but really, this is getting painfull.
He wants to win the Coppa but doesn't use the best squad.
it is not like they needed a rest, the only played one match in the last week.
Really lost my confidence in him.

I don't see much differences between Zac's team and this one. Its more organized than Ciro's but still with no plan whatsoever as Zac's with the sole purpose of defending.
We all talk about the full backs soo much and they are pretty terrible but last night was the prime example of the coach's lack of planning and improper usage of the players. I didn't see either Motta or Grygera make one overlapping run, not even one. Even though we had two defensive minded midfielders! Every time any of our wingers got the ball on the wing he had two defenders on them because they know the full backs are so static. Surely they can at least be a decoy.
We've had many injuries since the beginning of the season and recently he has been using that as a huge excuse. Fair enough again, but where are the youngsters that he promised to use. Buchel was brought in this season and still was used sparingly even though we had all these injuries.Giannetti was only used when we had no other options.
Lastly is the planning(or lack of ) aspect which every coach since Ranieri seems to ignore. Its not only the formation its also the fact that every game we play with the same way like we could impose our play on other teams.I think we should adapt ourselves more as we have many average players and our impact players are not that consistent.
