DEL NERI, GREAT CHOICE" - Alberto Zaccheroni then expresses an opinion on his successor, Gigi Del Neri: "It 's a good choice.'ve Known him for many years, has the experience to manage a big club and is an excellent man dressing . The problem is to have players available. ... I would not have had Sissoko, for example, who has ever seen? It 's been in the family drama from injury. Giovinco? never managed to train him. Amauri? Yes was recovering with the match with Ajax and then he injured again. Trezeguet had a lot of problems. If Del Neri physically able to have the team in place, the handle well. "

Watch some people change their mind about Del Neri now.
I have to admit -- a guy who couldn't last a single match at Porto and who spent so much time languishing with Chievo has hardly impressed me as anything more than a mid-table stalwart. But in his words so far to the public, he's been surprisingly realistic and believable at understanding and assessing where Juve is right now and what it needs.

The focus on Marchisio, and as an inside middie, shows some forward thinking. The notion that Juve isn't completely crap and should be started over from scratch is also a pretty wise thought (though we couldn't have afforded it otherwise!).

So he seems not totally clueless. Let's see what he can do with what he's been given.

Juve always comes first to exams and shite Zeb.
I'll endorse that when I see a Juventus worth putting first.

Did you see the Turd called Sampdoria that he managed to buff into the Champions League?

Semioli and Poli ffs :D

His career reads like most good managers before the get very good.

Shaky start Porto+Chievo then a ridiculous overachievement with Samp. The question is, will Delneri be our Ferguson or our Mark Hughes :shifty:

I am Juve fan 17 years.....This is my first post here.....I think that Del Neri is much better than Zaccheroni and Ferrara and hopefully with 2-3 new players next season we can be champions again.Alex Del Piero is maybe old but he is still our best forward.

Welcome, kikiritkov!

I think our standards were set so low with Ferrara and Zaccheroni, Del Neri has a pretty easy chance of seeming like an improvement.

But let's not forget this club dumped Ranieri because we had championship aspirations we felt he couldn't live up to. I am convinced that we're still setting the bar too low, given that he's hardly an improvement on Ranieri.
