I have given him credit when he has deserved it, so its only fair that he gets the blame when he gets it wrong.

The decision for Grygera to stay on for the entire game is beyond crazy, he was simply awful. Pepe who was one of the only players who ran forward today taken off for Motta, terrible.

i still think that he has done a fantastic job for us but today he got it badly wrong!

Amauri is terrible, but playing Toni - Del Piero away against Napoli is just awful.
Amauri and Toni is a thousand times worse.

Part of the reason we were so poor today was because the strikers were standing still and we promptly lost the ball when we had it forward. Counterattack Napoli.

Amauri - Toni will not work as they both are too similar and go for the same balls.

We need someone to play off Toni's flicks and some idiot president to sign Amauri

I honestly don't think I can blame Del Neri. Why expect miracles from a 60 year old coach who's done bugger thru his career?

I agree about that part. But we didn't have Torres on our bench you know.

Why even play Toni - Del Piero away against Napoli, who play high paced football and those two are way too slow. And no, it's not everything about experience in big matches.

No way I'd prise Amauri - Toni partnership but I find it funny how some reacted.

i am afraid it looks like we are repeating the same thing as last year under ferrara...:|
Far too early for that"

We have lost two games on the bounce for the first time all season, one a tricky game away at Napoli where most teams will fail, and another with 10 men. Both missing 2 of our most important players this season in Quagliarella and Melo.

It's simply more logical to use DP and Toni, especially after Amauri has been the most useless he's ever been in his career.

To be honest, I'm surprised we didn't. After all, it seems like this Juve is simply an extension of the Azzurri over the past two tournaments, so why not try the same old crap again.

An over-aged attack, let's face it for all Toni trys, we are crying out for someone who can bring the game to the other team, like Lavezzi.
Shit fullbacks, all 3 goals came from these areas.
Del Neri can only work with what he has been given which quite frankly is shit.

his win % to date is 41%, and that is including the wins against shamrock and strum graz in the EL prelims.... thats completely unacceptable. I've not really looked at the stats on purpose until today, but we are halfway through our season and that is just not acceptable. Since September we have won only 8 times. The most back to back wins we have strung together have been 2. 2....

This link really highlights our form:

The only reason we have not been so concerned up until this point is because the not losing has clouded our judgement, and because of inter and roma's equally poor start to the season. Juventus football club is still in a massive amount of trouble, and we have not improved at all from last seasons debacle. We wont finish in the top 4. We mayaswell give up that hope because we're not going to overtake Napoli or Roma, and Inter will now rocket past us at a breakneck speed.

I dont know if Delneri needs to be sacked. I actually thought he could be the guy to make some headway, but there is no question he now needs to be put under pressure.

I really like this guy, but the starting 11, and the substitutions for today's match was disgraceful, and against a team with good midfielders like that, we must not only focus our attack through the wings,we gotta play the midfield..it was a horror game to watch, and i am usually angry when this things happen to juve, but for tonight i only felt shame and sad..Lets build this team again Del Neri, I believe in you..!

He can only work with what he has. Some of his choices were baffling today but I dont blame him for the way things have went lately

What football did we play with Toni-Amauri? With those two you can't do anything. Ale-Toni is not the best pair, but it's way better. By playing Ale you control the ball more, you can slow down the match like you want and move some of the pressure to the rivals half. Think about that- When Ale gets the ball with his back to the goal, and then gets little push from the defender, he gets FK. If it's close, it's dangerous FK, if it's far, you can get to slow down the match, start new attack, send Napoli players back to their half. Amauri just loses the ball and allow the other team to go out for counter attacks. Plus, of course, the fact that with Ale we're more creative, with Ale Napoli put more focus and defence and he can also set Toni a goal, a thing that Amauri can't do.

Anyway, any pair in the world, but Toni-Amauri.
