Bring Cassano with you please, Mr. Del Neri.
i hope so. but samp would hate to give us anymore then they already have i would guess. plus they will have a good bit of cash they would not normally have for being in the CL so prob can keep their stars.

I think we should raid valencia for one of their awesome wingers.. Silva or Mata would be sick.

For some reason I am happy by the apointment of Luigi Del Black, and Marotta too. I think he is capable of doing a great job based on our mercato and if we reinforce the defence and get the players we need (LB, CB, RB, Forward). The guy has a strong personality (not as strong as Capello), but he would not take any BS from the players and the half ass afford on the pitch that was shown recently by the so called professionals we have on our roster. People are quick to say he is not Lippi or whatever. I love the appointment of him as our coach. I think he will do a good job here, great... not so sure. It all depends on the players we get and how he works things out. I am a big fan of the 4-4-2 system. This system won't get us exposed as the 4-3-2-1 or 4-2-3-1 or etc. The 4-4-2 would be perfect since less space between the players and doesn't give the opposition that much room as the other systems. The players being cose to each other should also help our passing game, which has been below average with the new systems we used. I am happy with Del Neri and the workd he did with Chievo back in the days. I know Chievo aren't Juve, but still I would wait and see, and I think we will see way better results.

Welcone Luigi, I am seriously happy :flag2:

Good luck to him if he joins. I don't like his appointment. But if he's the entrusted with taking us back to at least a respectable position, then I guess I have to support him.
:agree:

However, my concern is how will he handle the large transfer kitty we have? He is not used to having that kind of money at his disposal. I sense some more bad signings on their way!

it's the club's transfer kit, not Del Neri's
in Italy it's not the coach who decides on transfers
they probably have an input but it's Marrota who will be handling transfers

Marotta should take care of the transfers and Del neri might only have a saying in it, but the final decision will be Marotta's.
Yeah and I bet he already has a big plan because he has known he is coming here for a fair amount of time. He prob has selected a good chunk of the players he is going to bring in already. He prob already discussed it with Del Neri.

What formation would you fit Diego and Cassano in together? I honestly don't see how we could use wingers and both of them.

4-4-2 and move Diego to trequatista since I believe he could a real good job there, and then invest on a right winger (Gio @ left), and a proper goal poacher forward such as Pazzini, or Dzeko

Apparently he knew it long time ago :agree:, and there will be a big clean up. I expect around 8-10 players leaving and the same coming in. This will be a really different Juve. Marotta will definitely focus on Italian players, and foreign players that has been proven in Serie A such as Kjaer, Hamsik, Kolarov, Sanchez and etc, and I would be definitely happy with those type of players

Well it doees not seem a certainty Diego is staying (although i would keep him as i think he is our best player next to Chiellini and Buffon)

But if we had Cassano we could just play him on the left right?

----------Iaquinta------------

Cassano--------------------????

-------------Diego----------------

Marchisio----------Melo--------

It would be similar to Inter in the CL. Use Diego like they use Sneijder

Okay, never really thought of it like that in a sort of 4-2-1-3 thing. I suppose it could work though, we could use Giovinco on the right and get a Rodríguez/another attacking midfielder (Candreva?). I don't think Mata would like the bench.

I still prefer proper wingers to using Cassano out there I must admit.
