Lucio - CB - Free agent (2 Viewers)

Much better than having Knezevic and Rinaudo on the bench.
It's a signing I expected. I didn't know it would be Lucio, but it became clear that we have our starting CBs, we won't spend money on a back up CB, which is good, and we will wait for some experienced free transfer. Our starting defense is set for at least 3 years, while Bonucci and Giorgio will last much more than that. With Caceres able to play there too, all we needed was this kind of signing. An experienced veteran with lots of matches at the highest level.
Lucio is the kind of player who is the worse on the pitch when the whole team is having a bad match/period/season, but one of the best when things are clicking.

I'm not really sure about this, Kyle. When Mourinho brought him to Inter he clearly said it's because he needs a player who can play the ball, someone who can pass it, carry it and take it out of his own half of the pitch. And all that was true because Lucio was that player.

Good signing for a backup CB. It wasnt long ago when we thought our defence sucked. Barzagli was a poor signing and bonucci is a waste of space. Pirlo is no longer what he used to be and plus his a milanista. We all know what we thought and we all know what we were thinking. I was the same, I was amongst the crowd which didnt felt like they had an upset stomach when finding out we signed the pensioner milanista pirlo. However past season has taken me by suprise. I for one believe in how conte has masterminded this team, given us the grinta, our cb intelligence. Lucio can be given the same. If anything this will be a mockery out of merda. "We made your players, show their true potential" Or whatever take the piss lines. Just like how Milan must be feeling now after having Pirlo go. Trolling or whatever. Anyway. I certainly wont be upset if this came out to be true and would welcome him, like any other signing.
