I'm not saying you should change your view.

I'm merely stating that neither you our Gsol are going to succeed in changing the other's opinion of what happened.
Exactly. And I highlighted the most important word. OPINION.

But when it comes to gsol the whole thing goes beyond opinions, he thinks he carries facts. He claims he is the keeper of the ultimate truth. He preaches HIS OWN opinion as being what everyone should believe in. He dares to call people names if they don't agree with him, he dares insult you if you doubt what he says and above all he dares to call people fake fans if they don't believe his word.

Just to keep you happy.

Heehaw
Listen.

1- I don't buy conspiracy theories.
2- I don't buy other people's opinions-
3- I see things as they are.

A couple of years ago I went to Turin to watch Juventus play. It was the last game in Serie B. What did I see? I saw a team playing in Serie B. How did this team end up there? In a way or another, some people call it cheating others call it conspiracies and some call it a scam. You can choose whatever you want to call it. I see it as Moggi's fault and you can't convince me by posting articles gsol has imagined.

But it has long been established that you aren't a 'real' fan.

Those who established it are Vinman, Cronios, Andy, gsol, Badass_Devil and Turk.
Yes, the 'real' fans.

I don't know what went on. The documents Gsol showed make an interesting case, but I don't know how authoritative the sources are.

I still suspect Moggi did something wrong, but not enough to justify how heavily we were punished.

Which real? Spain is full of 'em...

On a serious note, do you guys allow the third party around here? Namely, the undecided ones? Cause I know there isn't hard (or any) evidence, but I also wont rule out the possibility that Moggi was involved in some fishy business...

Do you guys think any justice system is 100% right all the time?

I'm off to go watch Palabras de mujeres. Be back later.

That's pretty much my position.

Did you say undecided? gsol will now haunt you. He'll carry his bible called "the inside story" and all the other doctrines ans really really haunt you. You have to believe him otherwise you're an Interista.

No.

I'm not gonna try to change peoples views on that matter because I don't hold the truth. I respect everybody's opinion on this subject. The thing that really bothered me was they way that short process was made and the result.

Was Moggi a saint? Hell no.
Do I think he bought refs? No.
Is anything happening now any different than what happened in the past concerning ref "mistakes"? Nope.

What leads me to believe that something was fishy is that we had a packed club and every team crapped their pants when they met us. Juve had the most players in the 2006 WC final. We had a coach that was made for winning championships. Now about inter. Finding out they weren't involved in this made my suspicions even greater when I found out about the ties between Rossi, Moratti, Telecom and cie.

Yes, it's all speculation and conspiracies theories but why should I believe in the sporting system in Italy when you see that shit every day in politics and business?

I love how Jack put words in my mouth with the shareholder midtable dream. When the hell did I say that? It doesn't take much of an immagination to read the verdict though. It takes more of one to argue that a man cheated without cheating Jack.

Jack, you stated opinions. Granted. When I quote the verdict IT'S NOT A FUCKING OPINION!

Jack:

1- "I don't buy conspiracy theories" You bought the one that claimed we were winning because Moggi waved a magic wand
2- "I don't buy other people's opinions" Or verdicts published by a Sports Trbunal on the Federation's website.
3- I see things as they are. "In your little world...maybe"

I'm not hunting shit. If someone is undecided that is far more respectable than a guy who claims a man cheated and can't back it up.

I mentioned the major shareholders thing and rolled with it to keep things moving here. It's a fact that it looks like it with all the points I mentioned about that subject but we all know that 99% as to do with plain incompetence.

As I told you before, when you become civilized I'll consider replying to you. In the mean time leave the gentlemen alone.

Stop acting like you are an example if civil behavior here. You are among the more petty and plenty have noticed that your personal agendas get the better of you far too often.

Jack if you were to say that you think he cheated and leave it at that then I wouldn’t say anything. Everyone is entitled to think whatever they want. You can think the sky is green for all I care, that’s all up to you but for as long as you accuse him of being a cheater who deserves prison and that he should pay damages to the club etc. you will have to back yourself up with something a little more concrete.

I posted the actual verdict here for a reason. In it the judges declare that Juventus was relegated on the grounds that Moggi attempted to gain an advantage in the standings without attempting to skew the results of the individual matches. You and I both know that adding points to your team’s tally or taking them away from other clubs without influencing individual results is a mathematical impossibility.

The verdict is illogical which lends a lot of credibility to the idea that something else was behind Guido Rossi’s decision to relegate the team and suspend the directors. You can try and undermine it as much as you want by attributing it all to my imagination but in the end the argument is solid and you know it. Your problem here isn’t with Moggi. It is with me.

As I stated, think whatever you want. My mission here isn’t to alter the opinion of some random guy. If you are going to take such a strong stance though, you should probably bring something a little heavier to the table than “I think he cheated because we went to B”.
