All depends on if we bring anyone else really.
that and how the team picks up from parma's game in my opinion are the turning points at the moment. obviously we need another forward (fingers crossed he is some one who really adds to the team and is not just a washed up band aid fix) and the psychological state of the team as we stand now. 2 scenerio's that we dearly missed this time around last year and ended with us having the worst season in recent history so here is hoping.

Stuff all the haters

Let's support him as a Juve player, not as Luca Toni - this guy can finish off a goal much better than all of our strikers when in form - let's hope he helps us forget the pain of Quag for a while
I wont lie, I am pretty pissed off at this signing but this is the attitude Im going to take as well.

Lets face it, hes nothing special, but he's better than Amauri at least (not that thats saying much).

Hope he can bang in as many goals as he can whilst hes here.

Who wouldn't want Toni to score goals and see his crazy nuts celebrations? I want, everyone of you want this.

The only thing is that I think Luca Toni is pretty useless but that doesn't mean we don't wish him the best, I think it's awful signing.

Good. But stop this you_have_to_support_the_signing_because_it_happened nonsense. Just because you don't support every move at the club doesn't make you any less of a fan.

The OBL argument is a good one, because it automatically knocks this stupidity out of the ballpark.
You don't have to support the move nor like the player but the least you can do is wish him luck. It's silly to wish for a player that has just arrived to your favourite club to fail just to prove "you were right all along".

I am totally against the move and I can't stand Luca Toni but I really hope he bangs in goals like there's no tomorrow.

Predicting if he's going to do it or knowing before hand that he won't be doing it is a totally another story.

Anyway, thank you Rab for banning that insect Victoria.

That signing is fking ridiculous but you shall all admit ,even though I've always disliked him , he knew and most probably still know how to score to ugly goals.Let's just home for some more.

I kind of agree with Andy here. We can't lose sight of that big team attitude. We haven't won for a while and Calciopoli isn't an excuse anymore, it was 5 years ago. We need to have bigger ambitions and stop welcoming everything and everybody and hope they do good although thats not very likely. Its like, we sign Luca Toni and people think as long as he's decent then he's welcome, we sign Pepe and people think as long as he runs and plays defense on that flank then he's great, we sign Martinez that nobody knows shit about for 12m and people react positively without ever noticing the man before. We went from being lock contenders for the Scudetto by default cuz our name is Juventus to accepting panic signings just so we can make it to the Champions League for the last few years. Lets just go back to setting that bar much higher and actually start acting like a big team again cuz the shit I've seen come in and out of this team the last few years doesn't actually scream title contenders.
spot on

I am definitely against this transfer, and I really have my doubts on whether this guy can offer anything to Juve.

That said, we need goal scorers. Amauri hasn't scored since N.W.A released "Fuck Da Police" and IQ + Quagmire are both injured. Considering the circumstances we're in, we need all the help we can get. Even though Luca Toni isn't exactly the name we had in mind, we probably can't do much better at this point in the season.

Man City are much more powerful than us financially, and Milan took a smart gamble with Cassano, which in my opinion, we should have took but that doesn't matter now. Gila and Pazzini aren't leaving before the summer. I just hope Toni proves me wrong. We'll just have to wait and see.
