even worse than bad, 56k bad but I'm looking at some nice deals for High Speed.
Man you leave in Canada, not frigging Australia (heard they are backwards with internet connections compared to the rest of the developed world), you oughta be able to get decent or even quick connection quite cheap enough. 56k is so 90s-

Aoron, this ep confirmed something I was guessing on to be ze case. That Miles is Mr Namaste, Dr Changs son. When Faraday asked are you sure you havent been in the isle before? I defenitely thought that it confirmed that Miles is the little baby we see in the opening to the last episode, when Dr Chang and wifey wakes up, and have an infant.

I didn't want to say it yet as not everyone has seen the episode, but yes those were my thoughts. :D

Nah, you just missed the beginning. Lost isn't a show you can just hop into.

24 is ok, but after a couple seasons you decide to watch something else. It has the same plot every season. Terrorists want to destroy the US, Jack is going to stop them... in one day. The clock ticks, eye candy dies. Thanks for comin' out.

Don't get me wrong, its the second best show in its time slot when Heroes is on its game, but since Heroes has been bad lately I watch 24.

24 is not even half of Lost (is a suspensful thrill series, but really has only Jack bauer going for it, its story is in a loop, high production quality, but so so writing), and I said that as someone who watched 24 for 7 seasons now. 24 is decent, except few seasons like last one that was crap.

But Lost, despite its confusing filler moments in season 2 (dragged it a bit), is an epic series, like non other on air (only one that gets close is Battlestar Galactica). Its writing and acting is as good as it gets on tv series.

I understand why someone who dont watch it would be put off, because when the see it, its in the middle of story, its the worst kind of series you can just hop on and try it in the middle of it all, you will just get confused and wont know what to think, its just too complex, beyond belief (even for regular viewers, you wont get anything of seeing a random moment as a non viewer). Its a must to see it chronologically to appriciate it. Aslong as one gives its a shot from the get go, it will be easy to sense why its the most popular tv series by far.

24 hasn't been the same since Jack's daughter left. It basically eliminated a huge story line within the show. And now CTU is done for so FOX is basically attempting to streamline the series to get ratings on the cheap.

Survivor? Reality tv that doesn't exploit fallen celebrities is crap.
It wasn't Survivor. This one was on NBC where they dumped people out in the middle of nowhere and they had to find their way back without anything. Think it only had one season, started in Mongolia. Better than Survivor or Amazing Race. Those two were gay.

Oh I never saw that one. I don't bother with network reality TV. Not sleazy enough.

It was awesome. They dumped teams of people in the middle of Gobi with nothing besides clothes and a few bucks of local currency, so they had to ask locals for help and find their way back to the states.

That's the real Lost.

The best was the town of kids on CBS. I never saw it, but I thought the Lord of the Flies idea was grand.
