Director General Luciano Moggi has been accused of ‘penny-pinching’ by the Italian press this summer, but the Juventus coffers are not as full as they once were. This morning the shareholders’ meeting closed the 2003-04 accounts with losses of £11.4m. Last year the Bianconeri ended the campaign with profits of £1.4m.

I know we didnt make profits and have these losses, but does it REALLY contribute to our lack of transfers ? Even so I still think we should take the risk and buy more necessary players. It's called wise spending, Moggi.
