With our acquisitions seemingly complete, including Caceres, all we have left to discuss in Mercato terms is Who will be shown the door, or loaned.

Looking at the squad:
GK
Buffon, Manninger, Chimenti, Kirev

LB
Sali, Molinaro, De Ceglie

RB
Zebina, Grygera

CB

Chiellini, Legro, Cannavaro, Caceres, Ariuado

CM+DM

Melo, Momo, Zanetti, Tiago, Marchisio, Almiron, Poulsen

AM
Diego, Camo, Giovinco

Strikers
Del Piero, Trez, Iaquinta, Amauri

I am happy to see Sali take the left back spot and have De Ceglie challenge him for the role. Zebina can possibly claim the right back spot, again, Sali could challenge him there if he loses his left back spot to De Ceglie. Molinaro and Grygera are the clear weak links in defence, and I wouldn't mind either of them leaving. It would raise the average level of our squad.

In midfield, We have plenty of muscle, too much really. Almiron is the last in the pecking order, and must be sold. Poulsen, it seems will also be sold, and it makes sense if he is not part of Ciro's plans. Selling those two would leave us with zanetti, melo, momo, tiago, camo, marchisio, competing for three positions. two players for each position...Perfect.

Daud has gone on loan somewhere, and I read now that Ariuado is on his way to livorno...And what of Iago? will he remain at the club to train with the first team and perhaps get the odd minute here and there???

Certain to leave:
poulsen
almiron

I would like to see leave:
Grygera
Molinaro

Potential loans out:
Ariuado
Iago

Had a decent offer come in from abroad, and Trezeguet shown an interest in leaving, BEFORE, our board told the public that he could leave if the right offer was received, i would have only sadness, to see him leave. But as he is staying, I am happy, very happy...and I hope to see his mental state improve, and the french argie goalpoacher supreme, link up with Diego and his old pal DP and fire himself to the capocannieri...

I was just thinking...what the fuck happened to Olivera???The lanky, lightweight winger we used to have??? Is he still on our books???

and Teeth, why bother posting, if you are solely posting useless drivel?

I don't think Grygera, Molinaro or Trezeguet will be going anywhere. I'm interested to see where some of our good kids go to.

    We sold him, Stevie???

Trez is clearly not leaving now. As for Grygera and Molinaro...no suggestion of that happening either. And I suppose they are better than nothing when it comes to BACKUP.

Marrone looked interesting in the peace cup...Immobile and Iago seem to be the two other high profile youngsters, as well as Marrone. Perhaps Ciro intends to give them a chance in the Coppa Italia...

And did Daud already agree a loan somewhere??? I vaguely recall one of our youngsters linked with a loan move in July...EDIT..Daud didn't, apologies...it was Ekdal. Daud was the livewire who scored 8 at the torneo viareggio a few months back. I only saw brief highlights of those games, but he looked useful. As did several of the other players. Daud did feature in the Cisco Roman friendly...Is he training with the first team and what of the goal hungry Immobile?

He was loaned out to Genoa last year im not really 100% sure what his current situation is now but he is still owned by us. I think he might just stay at Genoa.
