Current news is that Moores SHOULD let Morgan on to the Liverpool board...
I personally don't want Morgan anywhere near Liverpool, he is already a major shareholder but wants the majority stake at Liverpool, hopefully David Moores tells this arse to do one, all his proposals have done previously has undervalued considerably, Rick Parry is still looking at investment from Dubai and Thailand, but my bet is that even though talks have broken down, i still think the L4 group will be the ones to invest, with substancial financial backing from, Stuart Ford and Robert Kraft

The simple question is that if Liverpool dont get investment then they will fall even further down...

I hate Liverpool, dont get me wrong I hate them, but as a Man Utd fan, I love the rivalry between the 2 clubs, I dont care about Arsenal or Chelsea, who are they? 2 clubs punching above there weight, I care nothing about the rivalry between them, I'd perfer battling with Liverpool for the title, then those 2 pretenders...

Liverpool will get the investment i assure you of this, what the problem is, is Rick Parry, he only wants a part investment 30% this would allow for David Moores to still be top man with Rick Parry keeping his Cheif Executive position, this 30% may well might be the offer from Steve Morgan, also the Thai's only want a 30% investment, whereas the L4 Group want a full take over with Robert Kraft fronting the venture, but at the moment this seems a no go area, there seems to be strong rumours circulating that Liverpool are in talks with a family in Dubai about an investment, but this also seems to be looking quite a no go as it is thought that the family involved are looking for a major investment not just 30%, at the end of the day everything rests at David Moores feet and if he feels Liverpool would be better off under new guidance you can be sure that this man would step down for the love of the club.

as for Manchester United, to be honest i hate them with so much passion, but i also agree with you, there is no other rivalry in the Premiership like what we have, and long may it continue

Long may it, it may be a very bitter rivalry, to put it lightly, but I'd still always want Liverpool there, because the history, I dont care if they never win anything ever again, but as long as we are battling with them for it, then I'll be happy...

Please... comments like this only fuel the fires of hatred. I don't want to see anymore of this blind cursing and finger-pointing.

I understand that there are some people who were deeply affected by the events of Heysel, but to my knowledge nobody from this forum was personally bereaved, so there's no excuse for saying things that do nothing to ease the healing process between the two teams and their respective fans.

My fellow moderators and I will be keeping a close eye or two on the threads concerning Liverpool's fans, the CL Quarter-final match threads and topics concerning the Heysel tragedy in general.

I'm not singling you out specifically JTB, but I've been noticing a general ill feeling and unwelcoming attitude towards Liverpool fans, including some new members of the forum.

Consider this a warning.

It's a great rivalry! I'll also be very happy if it continues for a long time and we keep battling, and THEY never win anything :D
