Erkka-bugger off. we are also Juve fans, so your comments are rather pointless
No, it's not pointless at all... You think that ultras would give a damn about that... Anyway, then go and "support" both teams, but I can't see the point of 'Pools-topic in here, I think it's a disgrace. :yuck:

I find it hard to understand how anyone without any real connection to a certain club can support them to the level they do. I mean fair enough people like and support a team like Juve for there own reasons. But to do like Erkka and consider himself an 'ultra' or to say 'you couldnt live without the team' like some people do for a team that is from a foreign nation and has no connection is hard to figure out.

I cant belive that the same happened again: newspapers called him again butter fingers.

it's really bad luck-Dudek has given Liverpool so much, and has done so well for us, but he will always have these errors against manu as a serious blackmark against him from most Liverpool fans. unfortunately, screwing up against manure is the worst thing anyone can do. I hope he will redeem himself!

and anyone who has a problem with me supporting both Liverpool and Juventus can shove it up their bloody arses!

for so long this thrad was left alone, but recently there have been quite a few hecklers, or whatever you want to call them. they figure that because of the Heysel disaster there can never be fans of Liverpool and Juve
btw, it's good to see you back-where have you been?

I have to say that Man U were pretty impressive on the weekend. Keane in particular controlled the midfield nicely - Gerard hardly got a touch in. Even Scholes, who was fairly quiet, was more effective than his Liverpudlian counterparts. After going down to 10 men, I expected them to lose some of that control, but they clamped down well. Sign of a really good team.

On the other side, Baros was very lively - that's the first time I've seen him match his form from the summer. (Mind you, I've seen far from all of Liverpool's matches).

i watched the game in a liverpool bar, and can safely say that the moajority of liverpudlians dislike rooney, especially the evertonians.

His behavior was disgustining and a bad example to the young children. Back chatting swearin constantly at the ref, and generally trying to bully him. Player like him give england its reputation of being a thug nation.

Keano was imperious...imo if he wasnt playing gerrard would have ripped Utd up. The whole Utd defence (i tell a lie...Brown was crap) was impressive, but bar that imo Man U looked average.

El moro, cleary didnt look ready for the pace, dispite showing some quality touches. Even Traore showed some classy touches.

precisely... If only these glory-hunters had even a slightest bit of taste.
jus beacue u follow a team, it doesnt mean u support them.

i follow liverpool, which means i watch a lot of their matchs....not because i support them.
I support juve, but im not a glory supporter because they are the onyl team i support. I follow many, but i support juve.

Many of the posters here, are probably the same..some are probably liverpool fans who follow juve.

Actually there is some equality in his matches with ManU: he did have some good matches against them, specially the first one, in his first season at Anfield - it was a test for him. Then he made that horrible mistake in one of matches against ManU, then he had another bad game in league against them, this is third time, when he had a bad game against them. Unfortunately those mistakes were bad, they were spectacular (specially this one, when Tristan scored), so now everyone again remember only those mistakes, not those good games. It seems like games against ManU are real curse for him now.

He's done it quite a few times this season. IMO, he's not the type of player you can isolate from a match by heavily marking him. He's tough and gritty and he'll find a way to get to that ball and make things happen...even if it means walking it right into the net.

I'd happily trade DP for him. :groan:
