We're so gonna play an offensive 4-4-2 next season.

I also think we'll never get to see Gabbiadini/Immobile, Boakye and Zaza at Juve. We'll use all those to get players from Serie A.
Just hours ago you were saying to me we wont be moving from the 3-5-2 :shifty: (or thats what you implied)

We have too much quality in mid to just allocate two slots for it.

Tevez played on the left against Madrid. It'd also be silly to restrict Vidal and Pogba's attacking qualities by putting them in a midfield two.

Don't forget Pirlo will still be there and start many games. maybe less than before but still a lot so 4-3-something is a formation we may use.

I posted that because I dislike Marchisio. Here's what I think we'll play:

    Buffon

    Licht - Barza - Chiellini - X (Ogbonna)

    Vidal - Pogba - Marchisio

    X - Llorente - Tevez

Possibly Asamoah as a LB as well while we'll cash for some winger like Cuadrado at least, or someone even more expensive.

Good lineup. Cuadrado is my first choice but I don't have high hopes of getting him. However my second choice is without Cerci, I think he'd do great here.

Aside from limiting Vidal and Pogba, people are moving away from a 4-4-2 for a reason, much like the 3-5-2 it's enjoying little success in Europe. We would end up making wholesale changes then discovering that we're worse off.

    4-3-3 is a safer bet.
