If he were to turn out like Sanchez has this season in Barca, that would be pretty amazing no?
Sanchez has three times the talent Cerci has though. He'd just not be worth the investment his adaption process would take both time and moneywise. Not to mention he'd be approaching his thirties then.

True. I agree with that. How about Ocampos and Berardi as wingers!? Two 19 year old ultra-talented wingers.

The only thing i can get with all of what is happening... is that Conte is pushing for a formation change to a 4312 with Llorente Osvaldo upfront supported by Tevez and all of them in front of the new MVP workforce. We played on equal against Madrid with this formation. Everyone saw that.

Then, if we get Berardi/Manolo.. it seems conte will be able to use the 433 also when needed, in a trio of Osvaldo,llorente,Berardi/Manolo. Tevez will be benched in this formation unless he adapts.

If Conte is aiming for this, then is worth a shot...but ONLY if he is able to buy Osvaldo on a heavy discount (no more than 10 mils would be the goal), and Berardi or Manolo on the cheap.

This makes a lot of sense specially since we take in consideration that we are not playing to our fullest in the 352 now that Pirlo is in garbage form and maybe he is starting his decline. Anyways, keeping the 352 to accomodate a very old Pirlo doesnt make sense.. that is, if we are serious about the CL.

Then, finish with the icing on the cake and buy a REAL and effective winger/crosser to complement our right wing or left wing or wingbacks...and then ill undertand why marotta is doing all this.

I agree I see a change of formation with this purchase.

I pray this move breaks down, $#@!ing stupid, we don't need him, I'll put money that he gets in a fight with at least 3 players
Why is it stupid? It's costing us .4 million currently. We're not going to buy him for 18 million in the summer. Maybe we'll buy him, but for much less. And I doubt he gets into a fight with three players. Roma was a mismanaged disaster when he was there, as is Southampton. Juve is full of strong leaders.

I think we'll sell one. Most likely Quag.
I doubt Vucinic would want to compete with Osvaldo after not wanting to fight for a starting shirt with Tevez and Llorente. Still think he's holding out for a move to Inter.

Osvaldo is better than those players though.
Far better. In fact, at 400k, I'm more than happy with this deal. I see us go for the option to buy in a discounted deal in the summer. 14-15m perhaps. Most of which will be offset by the Mirko and Quag sales.

Can only have one youngster in a high pressure position ideally. Their must be some experience in important positions on the pitch.

Hope you are right about that because with 3-5-2 we will not be competitive in Europe.
