. I prefer him as a out and out striker (meaning ideally he wouldn't play with Llorente) but he's very good in a supporting role too, often played that with Gomis in front at Lyon. 
... and it's quite dumb to buy two expansive players for the same position not to mention that we have more already in Vucinic and Giovinco.
As for LL, he would be very useful this season. Yet, after Llorente comes, he might be only a substitute. So maybe it would be smarter to spend that LL cash for someone younger in the summer.

Di Marzio if I read write was also mentioning the possible farewell lap around but said he apparently wants Fiorentina. I think he feels Juve isn't going to happen so he wants fiorentina. I'm obviously paraphrasing.
If fiorentina get him ill be fuckin pissed. Pissed because of the fact they are building a very strong team. I know it's a good thing for Serie a but Lopez should be a signing Marotta can easily make. Yes we will probably get llorente but why should it mean we can't get Lopez? That's what I'm thinking as well right. Where are they getting this injection of cash flow? Yes they could of saved up and now have this pot to buy some players but with better players comes higher wages. Like Kasaki said it not like they win serie a consistently or have these major sponsors or even their own stadium to sustain these wages. Without CL group stages and even Last 16 placing they can't sustain having these players
