You don't need to speak the language to be manager. Football clubs hire very good translators.

i know that:)

but knowing to speak the language would greatly improve bonding between the players and the manager.

true, but Bobby Robson for example did just fine everywhere, and he only speaks english... jose mourinho even was his translator once...
