Now considering the latest news coming from Inter camp it feels like the right time to change my avatar before Turk ask to burn me alive.

Not to mention the possibility of seeing m_elayan with a Zlatan avatar.

Lippi: I Will Never Coach Milan

Marcello Lippi has closed the door shut on a possible move to Milan, and says that the only two teams he could ever coach in Italy are Juventus and the Azzurri.

Lippi has been on a two year sabbatical since winning the World Cup with Italy in the summer of 2006.

The 60-year-old has stated on numerous occasions that he would be returning to the bench in time for next season, and he has been strongly linked with taking over at Milan.

However Lippi has made it perfectly clear that he could never boss the Rossoneri as he believes it would be a betrayal due to his links with old club Juventus, who he enjoyed stunning success with during two spells.

"The national team and Juventus were the two big love stories in my life as a coach,” Lippi told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

“They are the only two Italian benches where I could go back to work.

“Milan are a club who have made the history of Italian football and Berlusconi and Galliani are great leaders. But I could not betray my two great loves.”

Lippi has also been linked with a sensational return to the Italy bench after Euro 2008, but he says this is an unlikely occurrence at this stage.

“With regards to Italian football, for the moment, the door is closed," he concluded.

he will replace Ranieri in the middle of season, due to not so great results.
Also i dont expect us do to better than 3rd-4th unless we straighten our team much more. Amauri is just simple not enough.
While other 3 teams will improve in every department , we are trying to tdo some small patch work here and there..That is just simple not enough..

Please buy 2-3 great players, and get rid off players we don't need..

Bring the old stupid man back, he is still in love with Juve. Secco and Blanc please don't be blind and bring him back, because he is the best possible option out there.

they will not sack CR just like that..
Also i dont think Lippi will get job anywhere else right now..
It will be as i said , bad results, CR goes, and Lippi returns, but not before..

We need 3-4 players first, that is most important thing..CR is not bad

here we go again, episode 245789
why would they sack Ranieri, he did what they asked for and more
if Ranieri fails to live up then sack him but not for the sake of getting Lippi back
I do find all these reports about Lippi strange, he doesn't seem to go abroad and yet he rejects any other team apart from Juve
if you can believe all this, where is he supposed to coach, wait for Juve to call him?
strange very strange

After Ranieri it must be Lippi but that will be after some bad results. If it wasn't because of his son and all the vacations Lippi would have benn already with us.

I don't think Lippi has the ambition anymore either...the guy has won almost everything...what we should do is get him at an executive position in the Juve organisation...Blanc may be good at marketing and all that, but he does not have a footballing background or the respect and trust of the Juve faithful...ditto for Secco

He don't want to betray us? Didn't he left us and joined Inter, once?
yes he did and he coached a number of teams before us
I find these reports strange
it seems like he doesn't want to coach anymore
he rejects foreign teams and all Italian teams apart from Juve
dedicated to Juve or lack of desire?
maybe he is fulfilled as the man has won everything there is to win
any job he begins now can only jeopordise his aura of the best ever Italian coach
if I were him I would retire
he is already a legend and most legends do die young
and I consider 60 some young

I'm sure Lippi would coach Napoli, but he also rejected Chelsea saying it was "important to be able to speak with his players", and saying "he can't speak English". He pretty much said he'd only coach in Italy, by limiting his options down to Juve and Italy NT.. Who's he going to coach, in this case there's only two options?
