he's not wrong.if the uefa rules do infact state that a title has to be given to someone,then in terms of the table standing,inter should have gotten it.im not going into wether inter deserved it or not,but going by the uefa rule which lippi is talking about(a rule that im unaware of btw),then inter should have been given the title even though its unfair.
