but since the current mac processors beat the ones in windows ones by miles it won't happen in the near future...
(only if mac's processors are sooo bad that nobody wants them)

If I can't give up my windows cause of programs I need, why on earth would I get a mac, same problem. Mind you I'd much rather stay with windows :p

Are you working for Apple, maxmc? Because I don't understand the logic behind fixing a software problem with more hardware.

    sorry, don't get your point...

i don't want to fix a problem with more hardware...

apple has all the software one needs (even more pro-apps than for win) - and i wanted to demostrate it to alex by showing him software solutions for his needs.....

Ok good list ;) But I don't know the software, I can't tell if it's suited to my needs or if I like it so I can't really conclude anything from your list, other than a lot of software exist for the mac, which is good for mac users.

i worked also a "long" time on windows and i used all the apps i wrote replacements for.... they can do more or less the same...

about the price - they don't cost more than pc-software...
    some apps are even free...

for the others u have 3 possibilities: use the shareware, buy it or search for a serial (illegal!!!!)
there's an amazing app for the mac around, called serialbox...
it has thousands of serials (don't know the exact number)

    another linux quote :D

If OSXZ does it a different way, good for them. I have never used an Apple, nor will I ever do that. Apple is, IMHO, even more eveil than MS because the 'appear' to be friendly. But they are not. When was the last time you saw a machine NOT from Apple running OSX? Thought so. MS lets the user choose the brand of machine at least, Apple does not. Apple is to the computing industry as Saddam was to the Iraqi people. If you don't do as I say, then screw you, forget it.

If Apple would let other companies make hardware that OSX could be run at, at least they would close in on MS when it comes to beeing evil.

Personally, I consider what Apple does as uninteresting since it can only run on very specific hardware. People who consider Apple to be their friend is even more brain washed than Windows people.

Stay way from Apple and don't let them influence you, they are worse than MS.
