i think i see what he means but i totally disagree.

i think their lyrics make sense.
you have to sit down and think.
and listen to them and be interested with all your heart and soul.

i find difficulties in understanding the sense of some songs, but if i think a bit more about that...i may figure out what smg could possibly mean.

and also...i think that the "sense" of a song is smg subjective.
if 10 ppl will listen to it,you'll get 10 different opinions as everyone can "fit" the meaning of a song to it's life, understanding etc.

    i think i confused you now.sorry

meaningless meaning the lyrics? you're being very vague!
well when we go through different stages of our life we have some sort of music that we listen to. lets say that the stage where i listened to pop-rock has passed. i dont know how to explain it more and still be politically correct

i guess i see what you mean... you grew out of it..
same here i guess... I can't explain it, but I've recently started listening to Jazz and Classical music!! I never used to like it that much, but i find it soothing now.

Same goes for Rap/Hip-Hop...that's mostly what i listen to now.

there is no music i hate more than jazz and classical...

as concern rap...few yeras ago...when eminem had just started his career,
i fell in love with rap,and ever since i like very much rap.

    of caurse not just eminem.

but when it comes to linkin park,i can't say their genre of music catches me a lot.
i just adore linkin park...and after them it comes rap.

what my mom would say, aggresive music

classical is classical. it depends on the mood. try listening to Moonlight Sonata- either Moxart or one of those guys.

eminem is still very good although he is a moron, but almost everybody on the music industry is.

    agrressive music?! listen to Rammstein

i have no idea if eminem is moron or not.
i have no right to judge,i don't know him.

but i just know that his music is made for my ears.

when i am listening to eminem...i feel his pain, his unger.

we share feelings through music, that is the only way it can bring 2 similar souls together.

I love jazz. Grew up on it, listening to my Grandmothers Jazz records.

If, and that's a big IF, you ever decide to explore Jazz, I would recommend the period of the 1950's and 1960's. That was truly a great period.

To me, jazz is very relaxing, but uplifting at the same time, probably due to the instruments that are involved.

Its not for everyone, you either love it or hate it. I find that when you get older, and your tastes start to mature a little more, you find that Jazz, especially during that era, is fantastic. remember, I am literally twice your age. (17/34) :D
