True, but it needs big team(s) to flop to make this kind of thing happen. I'll bet that another Leicester doesn't happen as long as I'm alive, but in France you only need the one really big team to have a bad season for it to happen. In England it needed 4 or 5 other teams to have bad seasons. I mean, they were fighting with Arsenal and Spurs for the title.

So it is mostly about money, teams with money win almost every year, but occasionally they don't.

True. But Leicester is a huge success, it's just a pity that everyone takes their title into consideration. They were point away from reaching CL this season which is huge. Not to mention how there are many strong clubs in England compared to France.
