:lazy: Don't tell me you weren't intending on using Christian beliefs now! I still remember a certain discussion about religions where you kept quoting the holy book.

I also remember that mikhail got really annoyed by you quoting the same source to verify that very source :D

Actually i never got a chance to explain that; but now that you've brought it up... IIRC I only quoted from the Bible to verify it when i was asked whether the whole Bible could really be taken as the Word of God, rather than just bits of it or whatever. Oh man i really can't be bothered explaining this atm :lazy:

Even if it's not personal e.g. do you think blue is a nice colour... everyone has their own opinion

The best way to be objective is to tell that you are subjective (in a way or another). My ol' teacher said that and that's the truth.

Umm, nearly 20 beers.. but yeah :D
But I tried to mean something like.. well, no-ones completely objective when asked an opinion, but if you just explain why your opinion is what it is, growing up in a certain type of family et al, that's the closest thing you can come up as being objective. This is something I even can't put (at least now: see the 1st line) in words but you get the point?

Hrmm i still don't get it, because i dun think that explaining the reasons for your subjectivity change the fact that one's opinion is biased.

    btw, where's your sig from?

Yes, there's no thing such as objective opinion. But certain things you don't know much or you are in a position there's no need for opinion, your thoughts are anyways always biased in someway and in those cases this theory works. If I could just come up with sensible way of explaining this.. :laskuhumala:

    Ok you guys either

    1. Need to get some better bear
    or
    2. Need to start with a few beers before moving into the big stuff :)

20 beers is rediculous, that would cost like £45(UK pounds that is ;))at a cheap bar.
