I doubt he is still in Tripoli. Probably hiding in a hole somewhere like Saddam was.

The UN is imposing a no fly zone. They're flying aircraft overhead but I think the only foreigners, on the ground at least, in Libya aiding the rebellion are strategists.

From what I heard, NATO only used air strikes.
