I think he is a guy that can do well in the coming government as he speaks in an intelligent way and he seems to know what he is talking about. In addition, he seems an honest guy. What do you think?

Yes he is by far the most competent person in the rebel authority, he's got a phD in political science, and is an international strategic planning consultant, so the guy obviously has the right background. The transitional council all promised not to offer their candidacy for the presidential post, though he is part of the executive council, i'm not sure if they also agreed not to offer their candidacy. If they didn't, i think he'd make for a president, yes.

There is no foreign army in Libya though, i don't understand what you're talking about? I don't think there is even one non Libyan among the rebels that entered Tripoli.
