That's the main library, dont really need to go there since we also have our law library at the faculty, and this building isnt really close to the faculty. Lund doesnt have a campus, all the different faculties and university buildings are spread all over town.

Nahh that was Taiwan's 3rd largest city,Taichung Cerntral of Taiwan,good place with the great temperature and weather
