He only got more pr because he can throw long ball pass and pep likes him
to be fair he had to put up a lot with that bumbling gazelle chiellini losing the ball every pass. how many times he had to cover for chiellini because he passed straight to a opposing player or tried to dribble and failed?

too many to count.

Not to mention Bonbon having to run back several times every game to make goalline clearances because of Butterfinger Buffon.
Also if Pirlo did his job, Bonbon wouldn't have had to do those defense-splitting passes.

deluded as ever. Check out his recent interview where he whines about giuntoli telling him to his face he was out of the squad. His ego is insane lol
He's one of those guys you need to drag away kicking and screaming because he has zero tact or self awareness to understand the reality of the situation. He didn't realise his own decline or end of his career.

let's not pretend he was a bad defender. 8 different coaches had him as starter in the last 14 years
he used to play in a well functioning pairing/trio with chiellini and barza. without either of them, he was useless. look at him at milan lol

also what jay said, he was very, very late to retire. if he was smart he would have retired after the 2021 euros and leave a good taste in everyone's mouth. and he's probably an insufferable self centered cunt too. imagine doing a u-turn he did and trying to get away with zero consequences. now he's just a salty delusional dickhead
