You know how much I wanted this to NOT happen, now I want it to be completed as soon as possible.

It's obvious no other club wants Higuain and if it fails I think we will be fucked financially.

I would have liked to keep Higuain if not for financial reasons. Higuain costs €33M a year on the books which is really a heavy load with the forwards we have and with the money we have spent this summer. You just can't keep them all. Why don't people understand this ?

If not Higuain, some other key player will be sacrificed and no one would want that. So think practically.

What is it with these idiot peasants and fools in this threat.

Is Bonucci reknown for beeing a defensive allrounded defender ? Offcourse not, Barzagli, Benatia and Chiellini are. The Moroccan is excellent but fucks up often sadly.
What is Bonucci known for ? Excellent tactical reading of the game, positionning and blocking out through basses. And beeing the cb with by far the best regista skills.

Please, in the period Alves was wrecked. Some of these stats wankers come up with how quickly we transitionned to attack or time we could keep the ball, and how it was when Bonucci was gone. Exact same players, except for leo. Thats where your answer lies.

We Need bonucci. Meanwhile, we have Higuain. I like higuain but Ronaldo will be better then him today and in 3 years time. So we need him off our books and Milan seeks a deal.

THIS IS A FINANCIAL EXCELLENT MOVE

Oh, we lose Caldara. Good promising centreback. Yes. Sell him if we can get Bonucci and sell Higuain on break even.

Pjanic to City
Sandro to PSG

Lets see :

Bonucci : 100% starter if he comes, and soon a keyplayer
Pjanic : Keyplayer if he remains
Sandro : keyplayer if he remains
Higuain : second fiddle to Ronaldo

oh djeez, its so hard to make a decision here

not really, we're giving away an asset in Caldara that is on low wages and will most likely keep a high value for years to come in return getting Bonucci that is on high wages and will go for free once his time with Juve is up. getting rid of Higuain is important for our books and Bonucci might turn out great, but financially speaking we're getting fucked here, with us having to also donate Higuain extra money I'm starting to wonder if it isn't better for us to just retain him and Caldara, surely we can raise some money from Sturaro or something

Well, when you decide to make a risky move like paying 90 mil for a player, you should expect that you can have financial loss. I agree that if a decent offer comes for Higuain - we should sell (60 milion would be enough) but Milan are playing dumb and want only a loan with an option.

Also, Higuain has every right to reject a move to a Bum club like Milan and stay at Juventus. He deserves a top team like United, Bayern or Atletico Madrid.

Also, if we sell Pjanic for 100 mil, we don't have to sell Sandro. And if we sell Sandro for 60 mil, we don't have to sell Pjanic. Both players recently expressed their desire to stay, for both players there haven't been reports recently for any bids.

If Bonucci was such a world class player he wouldn't have the brainfart to join Milan, he wouldn't be a laughing stock the whole previous season and his team wouldn't finish 6 or 7 in Serie A.

Higuain was by far and away the best forward we could get, and he absolutely delivered. I would have happely kept him. Then we got Ronaldo. So we now need to remove him from the books. Simple as that.

Caldara isnt an asset. Its some kid thats 7 years younger than Bonucci and we thought was a great talent. But we have Ronaldo now, and this is the time to make our greatest CL push.

So we need the best possible team, now.

Financially speaking he is, the kids reported price on the market (~45m) already is considerably higher than Bonucci's and I wouldn't expect it to go down, especially if he remains in Juve. Bonucci comes here and either retires here or we donate him a few seasons later, there's no resale value with Leo just like there isn't with Higuain as we're finding out.

Uhm, we kicked his narcicistic personality complex ass out of the club, and sold to milan cause he didnt want to go abroad.

Remind me how Cannavaro, Zambrotta and Thuram did after juve ? They all sucked ass.

Watch Bonucci return and play any bit as good as before.

Bonucci is a vast improvement of the team for the next 4 years. Which is about the time Ronaldo is here. Caldara is a pure defender and not a regista. Comparing him would be with Chiellini and Barzagli

Both are 5x better. We need to win now

Higuain, we need to sell cause for him there is no place now and we got the chance to do so

yeah, I was replying to your post about it being an excellent financial move, I don't think it is, it's a short term move, sacrificing assets for a CL push

as for the improvement on pitch, I've also got my doubts about Leo's mental stability, after the season he's had and the pressure that will be on him it's hardly a given we'll get the top version of Bonucci
