Haha still same old whining , this guy has won us 3 consecutive Scudetti ,
Proven as unseparable defense force for 3 years , let alone some deflected ball on him which costed us goals , he has had heaps of long ball assist and few goals iirc ,
To be objective , losing Leo isnt a wise choice atm.

The funny thing is at the world cup, our extremely pro EPL biassed belgian commentators,were about how he was so excellent pure defensively that he went to PSG.
Luiz is actually a tall version of Pepe with a quarter less aggression, and a good shot on goal.
Both are equally bad at defending, they just fight the player

Depends on how we organise it, and how high we play.
If we dont get nastasic, you can expect Chiellini to suddenly be extremely aggressive

I agree, I think our defenders are too slow now and aren't suited to play a high line.
But if we keep 352, no way we play deep. This scheme is not suited for counters, and neither we have the adequate starting players for it.
So we're likely to have problems in the beginning of the season. Defense is looking bad now and it may continue to, specially with Ogbonna and Chiellini together in it.

Noone is stupid enough to buy garbage, there no point at hoping that, only Marotta was stupid enough to get him...
Even as a part of a team that has won 3 consecutive championships and after becoming a regular starter in the Italian NT, we couldnt even make half of the ammount we have invested on him.
So, we better keep him for depth. (which a really doubt, as he is still favored by Marotta)
This is going to be a very important year for Bonucci, even halflinks, like Legrottaglie become decent defenders with the coming of age,
theirtactical awareness grows as they become experienced and can read and feel the game by instict, if not by perception and intelligence.
Bonucci is already overconfident by the Barzagli injury that automatically makes him a starter, even if he starts with horrible performances.
The stage is set for him to final give back some of the investement Juve made on him.
We invested so much playing time and have conceded so many goals and disqualifications because of his flukes, but all of them were forgiven because he was considered still young with space to improve.
And here we are now, the next 5 years are were the CBs peak.
Even if he cant talk, even if he cant man mark, even if he cant intercept high balls.
There is one simple task for him to handle, since he is unable to stop any opposition forward, he should just position himself between the player and the ball and intercept the ball, before it reaches the forward. If Legro can do it, Bonucci can do it as well!!
