Yep.
It surprises me to read that many fans would be fine with having a match fixer in the squad. IF it gets proven, obviously.

Might want to think it through, before yelling fuck FIGC or similar platitudes. But I know that's asking a bit much.
If it will actually be proven that Bonucci was involed with match fixing, then I honestly doubt we''ll see a lot of people in favor of keeping him in the squad. I think at this point, people (me included) are only speaking through their emotions to the guy, and hoping for the best until the final verdict comes out. It will personally be a very sad day for me if we'll see Juve sacking him, so please cut us some slack. :p

The "fuck FIGC" statements will never be forgotten though. I mean, don't you know that the whole wide world is against us?

Indeed, lets wait until its proven, but IMO its prolly more likely he is guilty in this scenario then not prolly. And if he is really guilty and proven to be so, I dont care if its 1 year or 10 years, how the heck are you supposed to defend a friggin match fixer.
Is that really you, Osman?

bye bye bonucci
I can't believe people are defending bonucci :sergio: :sergio: :sergio: :sergio:
I just think it is hypocrite of the figc they let him play the euro's

their is clearly proof for him being guilty and all though I like bonucci I don't want to have a fixer at our squad also not after his suspension
Can you stop making a fool out of yourself, or is that really hard for you?

Janna, how are we biased by saying that it's important to see legitimate proof of guilt before condemning one of our own players? Due process is important - although I highly doubt it can occur in any FIGC investigation.

Why would you bring up Marchisio, Chiello, Buffon or Pirlo? The FIGC isn't making the accusations, they're following up on existing accusations made by dirty rat scum.

Also, despite the fact that I don't believe this is another Juve witch hunt - Fuck the FIGC.

FuCK FIGC :agree: I hate them after calciopoli so much
but if they really wanted to bring juve down why aren't they making accusations to our real stars instead of pepe and bonucci

I remember their were also players from siena, atalanta and thousand in lower leagues suspsended.

The priority was Conte, as his is our most valuable asset.
It is harder to find lame excuses for Pirlo, Buffon and co because they are considered as national emblems, Vidal, Caceres and co, becuase they came from other leagues, FIGC have no authorities, Vucinic, Pirlo and co cause they were playing in other great Italian teams.

So in a betting scandal, concerning the corrupted serie B, supposed was the most convinient way.
Pepe and Bonucci were not quite the symbols before, they have earned respect through our jersey, Conte too, they had to trash this respect and present as cheating. It will have a big impact in Italy and the media will make sure to present in a way that will hurt our image in Europe as well, small details will be scrapped and the fact will be that 2 Juve starters and the miracle coach were banned for cheating, right after Juve have won the championship...

Since you praise Conte so much, would you please admit that you were WRONG about him?

again i repeat, i said it was a mistake to hire a completely unproven coach, coming straightly from serie B, with zero serie A exp, or anything related to a club of Juve's level.

Most of the unknown, unproven and unexperienced coaches there and we have been hiring all this time, were proved to be... an unwise decision.
To admitt that it was the right decision to hire Conte, for a club of Juve's level, esp after all what we have been though, would be equal at admitting that the choice to sign all the previous coaches we did, was right as well!

Sorry, but i wont, at any case, it was a bad risk and completely unwise, yes miracles happen and itt did happened to us, but they are rare and we should rather not take our chances for the 7th consecutive season.

Another reason i didnt wanted Conte to coach us right away, was because i like the man, i grew up him being our captain.
The man, unlike Ferrara was having a decent and climbing coaching carrier, it would be a real shame to burn it like we did with Ferrara, a real shame, a failure at that point would IMO, destroy his serie A carrier.

And the odds at that point were not at our favor. Unlike Guardiola, we were not exactly Barcelona, full of WC players, trillions in our budget and huge political influence. The odds were against him and against us.

What Conte did was a miracle and as far as i am concerned, he is a far better coach than Pep, for achieving such an impossible task, with such impossible odds.

So if Conte was now banned for life and we were looking for a coach among former Juve players, like Nedved or a proven coach like Capello, i would again choose the proven in a heartbeat!!

But since the second friendly game i watchedlast summer, in the after Conte era, i immediatetly became a fun of him, long before the majority of the forum, writing pages of pro-Conte argumentation, considering the effects i have saw in our team.
What i had to admitt about Conte, i did there and then, without any hesitation or remorse, even before those affects were proved in official matches, win anything, or come even remotely close to win anything. So i did it when it counted the most!

There is quite a difference there, i would avoid a wild risk if i could, despite what ppl say, i am not gifted with handsight, i just prefer to play it safe and wise.
The choice we made was unwise, imo. Conte himself has declared that in a season with Juve he has matured, as a coach, almost as much, as in his all carrier in serie B and that the ideas he had initially could not be applied in Juve's reality.

He had to adapt and he did it with a grace and an efficiency that are very very rare among his fellow serie A coaches.
Arguably, he is an exception, an exception that confirms the rule though and it is unwise to adjust the rule because of excepptions...

For the very same reasons i believe that Conte's choice was unwise, i believe that the current choice of Inter and Milan are unwise as well.

The Barcelonisation of football, has brought some changes i detect, like the Pep's and no CFs, that are unvalid across the football world, excepting for them.
