Bonucci...aka the "Punching Bag for Juventuz" :gsol:
He deserves to be a punching bag, it's a complete joke to have a defender like him in this team.

For 20 years I never seen Juve having a shiiit defender like him, personally I rate even Boumsong higher than this guy. I hate even the constant complaining from him in games to the referees.

In short, can't believe how a player like him survives in a top European club like Juve for 3 years now. Incredible really.

The funny fact is that we play 3-5-2 because of this guy to protect Pirlo. This guy. Protecting Pirlo. Our plan B when teams press Pirlo. Do you hear how dumb does that sound? But Leo is at fault here. The coach follows his orders.

Bonucci let Conte down and not the other way around, the guy is mentally weak, I wouldn't play him in the return game, he'll most likely fuck up again and try to make it up with long passes he can't pull off.

did Conte tell you that? because I somehow remember Pirlo being present in the 433 and even 442 as well.

It's like saying Jorge Martinez let Juve down, not Marotta. It's the coach's fault if he keeps on playing a player who's so error prone we're conceding many goals because of him.

How is it not Conte's fault that Bonucci keeps playing, even after he makes mistakes after mistakes? It's not like he has no other alternative.

Why do we play Bonucci? What does he improve for us tactically?

My eyes hurst when I see him play. It's already been enough, really...

We've got nothing else to do but put Ogbonna in his place. At least he's faster, couldn't make more silly errors and maybe he would even jump for a header in his own box...

Nothing, "but we can't play 433 because we don't have RW while Pepe is injured" (c) Conte

You're just opting for the easy way out and it's beginning to disgust me, to be perfectly honest. This team needs Bonucci, because we're tuned for the 3-5-2. Bonucci has the potential to be a great defender, and, while none of us know exactly what is happening throughout the week in training - the fact that Bonucci is picked every weekend indicates that he is doing quite well. Now, it is Bonucci and only Bonucci who can be blamed for brainfarts that should not be present in his game - never in a thousand years can the coach be blamed for that. Get a grip, Klin.

I would have agreed if these mistakes occur once every while, but it's not the case and you know it. You know how I feel with Bonucci, but these brain farts just keep occurring game after game and it's costing us badly. It's the coach's responsibility to take actions.

When all this is said and done, I don't quite understand why everyone is throwing a fit in this thread. The only thing Bonucci did wrong was not to fall after being body checked by Garay. He couldn't have jumped to clear the ball as he was thrown off balance.

What? Now that is pathetic, Nizzy.

Bonucci was looking at Garay instead of the ball, again. There was no foul. A cone would have made the same job as him.

Could have tried at least and he would have made it difficult for Garay if he only had jumped along with him. This way it was a clear header and for a CB that was supposed to mark a player it is a mistake.

Bonucci is the least aggressive CB that I have ever seen, he rarely makes a foul and when he makes it, it is because of stupidity not because he is fighting in aggressive manner.
