I missed this game. First one in 3 seasons - but am I the only person that understands Bonucci’s comments?

By the sound of it any abuse got worse after the celebration. Bonucci is basically saying Kean escalated the tension by celebrating in that way. Kean scores a goal to put the game out of reach - that’s his response to these idiots. Ignorant racists are not going to shut up because he holds his arms out to them a la Balotelli - if anything they’re fishing for a reaction.

Both Allegri and Bonnuci are trying to teach him maturity. This kid is going to be exceptional if he controls that head on his shoulders and annoyingly racist abuse is going to be something he encounters, as football is too scared to take serious action and tackle the problem.

Having said all this Ronaldo can tell the Atletico fans to suck his dick the sons of bitches and no one says a thing... if that’s not provocation...

How are you provoking someone if they are already insulting you? Kean's celebration was a reply not a provocation.
So what if he doesn't score next time how is he gonna reply? Pull an Evra and go two footed to their face?

This shouldn't become a thing and his primary motivator, that's what Bonucci and Allegri realize, fully enjoy your moment and ignore the lowlifes.

It all started long time before his celebration. After he got booked for diving I clearly heard first chants. Kean responded in the best way possible.

Allgeri's comments are fine. Bonucci is just an idiot, how many times has he celebrated in a provocative manner? Literally every goal celebration of his is a provocation.

Allegri giving sage advice to young player to stay calm and remain focused on the game, not to allow insults get to him, means he hates Kean... cant u see it? ;)
He did not allow insults to get to him, he actually kept on playing even better! A praise for that would be been great for Kean rather criticizing him.

Engaging these racists is not a road to success and peace. Balotelli should be a cautionary tale of how not to handle it. The best thing Kean could do was celebrate a great moment with his teammates, who tried to be close to him during the boos, the chants, and that body check.

He is a kid and he is dealing with a brainless cloud of racists. It happens, it's no problem. It just shouldn't be a regular fixture in his career. The advice from Bonucci is good, just worded poorly on the blame.

Yeah he’s an absolute hypocrite I get that. But he’s trying to take a senior role and advise a player. If you recall he also accosted Mourinho earlier in the season for his provocative celebration in Turin so at least he’s a consistent hypocrite

Bonucci should back his team mate in public and if he has something to say to Keane about how he handled it then say it behind closed doors to his face.

Racism is never acceptable provoked or not. Full stop. To say Keane is half to blame is complete bullshit!

Anytime there are racist chants some people try justify it, by finding something on the victim. Yes Balotelli did not find the solution to racism, so did all other black guys who put their head down and kept on playing. But this shit keeps on happening. I just found out Muntari left the very same pitch. FICG does nothing about it, probably a 20k fine. Drastic measures have to be taken in order to stop it. Ban all Cagliari ultras for remaining of the season (Home and away). Put extra cameras in the stadium to monitor all fans, find out who they are and not letting them watch football for the rest of their life is not enough, prison brother! This shit has to stop.

It's crazy that after these incidents, its the black players who are scrutinized the most, not the fans who abuse them. Inexplicable.

Bonucci criticized Kean for his provokation, but what's fascinating is that there is no outrage whatsoever from him or most of his teammates against the racism. Like it's a normal thing.

Italy is fucked.
Where? where is it being ignored? are you watching on tv? all of the players who spoke/are-speaking are condemning racism.
