Has anybody watched this guy play in more than just a couple of matches? He is not very fast is he? The only match I have seen him in he seemed a little slow. I had hoped for some much needed pace in our backline next season.
Average pace, wouldn't say he's slower than Kjær, perhaps a bit quicker. Positional sense is vital for a CB though, and if Bonucci wants to be a success then he'll have to bond well with Chiellini. Something good about that is that they'll both be in the same national team and club team with Buffon.

If you want to see a defender who wouldn't need pace if he had positional sense, go and check the third Slovakian goal yesterday and watch Cannavaro.

And also, the defense will have to be a unit, and not just Chiellini next season. I'm not expecting our problems at the back to fix themselves in the first few games of the season, when I imagine there will be a massive overreaction if we concede a couple of sloppy goals.

I think the deal is something like this.

Bari pay €8m to Genoa. Genoa accept only if Juventus sold 50% Criscito for €6m and renew the co own for Rafaele Palladino.

In this case ,
Bari -8
Genoa 2
Juve 6

and then the agreement is between Juve and Bari only.
Juve pay €14m and half of Almiron co ownership.

In this case,
Bari 6
Juve -8

So Bonucci value = €8m + half Criscito + half Almiron

Maybe between Bari and Genoa there are another agreement on this deal.

I think the transfer market for us will more active after all co ownership agreement is done.
Nice deal, but i still confuse why Genoa want to made this deal complicated. We can just give them half Criscito + 2m for half of Bonucci..

And actually how Bonucci is more expensive than Criscito? Criscito is Genoa 1st team player (they need him so bad) and 1st LB of Italy in WC when Bonucci didn't play. At least their price should been the same

And why we just give Bari half of Almiron? Just give them the full rights and reduce the cash we pay. Is Marotta still has hope for Almiron or he want to make other half of Almiron as bargain chip on other transfer

For Almiron part, Bari already own 50% with this transfer they got the full rights.
And clearly he is surpluss in our midfield area.

For Criscito part, the needed for Chiellini partner is top priority. and maybe Marotta doesn't rate Criscito highly.
And I hope we can get a great LB instead.

In my opinion, we will see more powerfull Juventus next season. More pace and player that can run till the end.

Guys , what u think who is better KJAER or BONUCCI ??

Who is faster ??
don't know who is faster... and srsly i think noone can judge who is better.... as for bonucci that was his first real season in serie a... so who knows how he turns out to be... kjear has had 2season (OR?) he looked pretty solid but he also made some silly mistakes...
he doesn'T look really aggressiv for a cb.... that could be a trouble against physical strong opponents... both players could become great or the next overhyped thing...
thats the thing with young cb....for me the only position where players get really better when they turn older
