Well, it IS working in Rovella's case. That's not a good arguement right now. He wouldn't find nearly as much space here as he does at Monza.

Locatelli or Rabiot wouldn't be benched. So it would be either him or Fagioli (who didn't want to leave). So I actually think that's the best decision, even if I would've loved to keep and test him. He'll be back stronger.

He would be the starting regista if not locatelli who I've always thought more of as a mezzala

before the season I thought that too, but it seems now that his best position is farther back. Hes just too slow to really impact the game as a mezzala. His strengths are his defensive contributions and ability to switch. His best position is probably in a double pivot, but hes fine as a regista too. Whats funny is Rovella is probably the superior regista and hes rotting in Monza.
