Oh goodie, Lazio are without Nesta and Crespo already and we can't beat them...

Lazio started the match perfectly by scoring early on the 3rd minutes courtesy of a long-range shot from Fiore. Claudio Lopez doubled the lead in the 7th minute, after being left unmarked by the Juve defence. Juve then tried to catch-up with 2 scoring attempts from Iuliano .. he met 2 Del Piero's crosses one by a header and the second by a direct shot but failed to find the net in both occassions. Del Piero and Nedved also tried to score but Peruzzi saved his net. Buffon got injured in the 33rd minute and had to be substituted by Chimenti. Under-21 international Moretti scored a beautiful goal for Juve in the 38th minute to end the first half 2-1.
