Well, the only way I can see changes happen is if the owners take control of the club again.

Assign Lapo as president, fire everyone, hire Hiddink and a new staff.

Over and out.

I like Lapo, but can he handle this job?

His overall persona strikes me as favorable, considering he's young, sort of new and "different". What we don't need is an old fart there trying to run the club like it's the 90's all over again.

But he also lacks experience in... well, everything.

I agree with the notion, but not with the person, actually i believe that Lapo is one of the very few persons that can do even worse than that.

And btw, this is what i have been talking about for years...

He loves the club. He's a fan, not a business man.

    - Don't rely on the old players too much.
    - Throw the stupid 4-3-1-2 away and don't ever bring it back again.
    - Don't ever bench Giovinco again and try to see him as a starter the whole season instead of benching him whenever all the time.
    - A new coach who can actually handle Italy's biggest team.

Just get rid of the deadwood, i really dont care who comes in, Lapo's alright, he's passionate at least. Not like that tennis twat, he should just focus on the finances. Serious changes are needed across the board, playing staff and coaching staff
