By hard work do you mean chasing the ball tirelessly for 90minutes?
Look at Valencia, Depertivo, Barcelona, Arsenal, Porto and a few others. Some of these teams have fewer stars than us or less skilled players but they achieve results by playing beautiful team football. That is they hold possession of the ball and build attacks patiently.

What do you guys think of Santiago Solari. I'd see him as one of the most underarted midfielders today. IMO he has great technique and attacking ability. I hear he only has 9months left on his contract.

Arsenal have a very good team with many more stars than juve right now. trabelsi, campbell, toure, cole, pires, vieira, gilberto, freddie, henry, reyes, bergkamp, edu..all quality players. and their style is awesome, good passing exciting football.
Solari? he is a good player who obviously doesnt get the attention due to others around him. but nedved is there for the left, if not him kapo and olivera are capable as well.
