Barcelona are currently leading Athletico madrid with Albertini in the starting lineup by a goal to nothing with Luis Enrique

Riquelme is on the bench:down:

Otero has scored a wonderful goal for Athletico madrid to make it 1-1 as the goalie thought it was a cross

Saviola rocks...I've seen him in action many times during the CL last year and I would have bought him if I were Moggi!

Kluivert is having a nightmare again? That doesn't suprise me at all....

Good to hear Roy Makaay scored!

If Barca had a real goalscorer, they'd rule the world. Saviola is great at getting to scoring chances but he's having a hard time converting them whilst Kluivert is... well... Kluivert.

Barca's way of playing is magnificent though :strong:

Riquelme is on the bench:down:
Roman pickedup an injury in the first leg of the CL qualifier... he isnt fully fit.
Plus with the formation van gaal uses either LE or roman are benched..... It will take sevewral good performances to dislodge the captain or force a formation change... though with the way hes played since his arrival i dont think that will take long!!
Though I think its good for him to be eased into the spanish game.

anyway... otero's goal was great... a bit reminiscent of sheva's goal against us!!
