anybody keeping tabs on the barca striker emergency situation? because of suarez's long term injury, barca got the permission from the league to sign a striker outside of the transfer season. now, they will trigger the release clause of a 20m rated leganes player. and leganes, fighting against relegation, cannot stop the transfer, and won't be allowed to sign a substitute.

fuckers whining about some alleged juve privileges should stfu and look at this shit the spanish league pulled on leganes.

Yeah, so fucked up on so many levels, its Barca who are given the ok to pick a player from a La Liga club but that club cannot sign an eventual replacement, because noone gives a fuck about that insignificant minnow. It sucks even more to Leganes as Barca are paying Braithwaite`s clause, who is their leading goalscorer and in fact the only player from their striker roster that has actually scored a goal in La Liga this season, all the rest of the players are on zero goals and their second top scorer is more of a winger even if he sometimes plays up front - Oscar Rodriguez... Basically the Federation is giving them the middle finger and is indirectly sending them to Segunda Division. Pathetic..

They have a Barca B team, have a Barca C team, have a Barca U19 team and isnt La Masia supposed to be this giant fabric for producing mega hyper talented Mes que un club prodigies? Promote a player from there OR sign a fucking free agent, this is waaay beyond unfair and anti-fair play, if this happens to Juve (it will never happen but just for the sake of it) there will be riots on the streets of every city in the country and championship will never finish... Disgusting stuff really...

Also, does any of you remember Bordeaux from like 15-18 years ago when during the same period (January-February) they had about 15+ players injured or at the African Cup, noone gave them such permissions, they had to promote a dozen kids from their youth teams just to have enough players to fill their match squads?

Thats how Marouane Chamakh for example got his chance to play for the first team iirc  Cant remember any other player though...

It's a bad look but this is not them doing a favor to Barca. There is a rule in their league if a player gets injured for more than 5 months a team can make one domestic transfer to replace him. Fucked up thing is it's not regulated better so the other team can't find a replacement. Should be that release clauses aren't valid unless the team approves it outside of winter window or something.

For me it's:

1. Merda
2. Madrid
3. Barcelona
4. Milan
5. Merda

Madrid and Barcelona switch places depending on who's been more successful recently.

Braithwaite played 4 years as a professional for my home town club, also where he was developed and now he plays for freaking Barcelona
"plays"

It's gonna be a pointless transfer. He'll most likely play as often as Boateng. And for that shit Barca were allowed to fuck another team that really needed him. Fucked up deal.
