Chiello started his career as a LB and could be used there in emergency. You don't need 2 offensive FBs and with Licht covering the other side having someone more defensive minded can give us good balance. Padoin, as shown, can be viable solution for that spot.

IMO, Kwadwo is the best player obviously in his position, much better than Evra and Padoin specially offensively and when running/sprinting with the ball. That said, since the formation has switched back to 4-3-1-2 I think it will affect less, but I really wish him a quick recovery if this team was to go far in the Champions League.
