In my fantasy (football manager) I've always re-trained him into a LB where he's always done a good job. I don't see him coming around as a midfielder anytime soon. As a LB he's given more time with the ball and can use his speed to attack from behind. His crossing is not great but he works hard and has the stamina for it. Could we do the same in reality?
