Anyone follows him recently? Empoli plays a four men defensive line this season and it seems he's their 3rd CB choice. Not injured but only two appearances since February.

Don't know if there's a spot for him in Juve next season, maybe if we sell Rugani.

I doubt they will be able to sell Rugani because I'm guessing only smaller clubs will want him, and his wages are too high for them. Good news is hes only under contract for one more season, so they can easily loan him somewhere. I think at least one of De Winter, Riccio, and Huijsen will be with the senior squad next season as cheap depth. I also think Gatti's emergence has changed things a bit. The starting three looks set for the foreseeable future, so not as many minutes available. I've also read some premier league sides are sniffing around De Winter. Don't wanna plusvalenza him, I think hes gonna be really good,, but someones gonna be sacrificed so I'm preparing for a good prospect or two to be sold/loaned. My sense is they're highest on Huijsen, so it'll be one of the others sacrificed.

Starting vs Milan and keeping clean sheet, few minor errors, but he has played in 4 ATB mostly, which is always harder. Should add him to the first team next season

I agree. The experience he's getting in serie A gives him an advantage over the others.

Realistically, something like this is possible:

    LCB- Danilo
    CB- Bremer
    RCB- Gatti

    Backups

    LCB- Sandro
    CB- Bonucci
    RCB- De Winter

With Bonucci fading fast and unable to stay fit, they should carry an extra CB, leaving a spot for Huijsen or Riccio. Loan the other one out to a smaller serie A side for a year.

Bonucci out and Huijsen or Riccio indeed. We havent missed Bonucci for a second this year, it should be over.

Koni #DeWinter among the best #Empoli players against #Milan: 100% won tackles, 74% successfull passes, 2 interceptions and 1/3 of won areal duel.

The growth of the player born in 2002 hasn't only been from a technical point of view but from an economical one as well, as today he is worth 15M€.

In January there was an attempt by #Southampton, but he was sent back immediately, whereas in the summer other EPL clubs, such as #WestHam, would be ready to knock on #Juventus' door. The priority of the player didn't change though: earn a stable spot with Belgium and with la Vecchia Signora.
