guys, we dont need fucking huntelaar
screw him, yes he is a pretty good player, but he is no zidane
we need a solid defence and a creative midfield
we have enough attackers

next to that, i cant understand why you all so hyping about huntelaar
you watch too many youtube clips
If Trez gets injured (and remember he is injury prone) then we will have no natural goal scorer in our side.

We will need a 5th striker for the CL* next season

*I am assuming we will qualify.

And I'm with Mark, I remain unconvinced that Palladino is good enough.

If we're playing with 2strikers upfront you don't really need a 5th striker. And incase we really needed another 5th striker we could get someone young from out primavara, we all know 5th strikers wont even play that much in Coppa.

And having 5strikers will not help as much as it'll create tension between the strikers. Get someone like Gio or VDV would be much helpful and useful to play as an attacking midfielder.

We have top strikers and Palladino still got lot of time to improve. He's more talented than the Hunter IMO.

so someone please tell me why would Huntelaar accept being rotational role/bench role to Trez when he could be the star of any other team?

If he comes, he'll want to start. don't give me any of this "he's for the future" nonsense. he's 25 not 19. and Trez is not 34, he is 30 with plenty left to offer. If he comes is is either him or Trez. Do you honestly think that a player that will be sold for atleast 15 million, and with such a high profile will accept a bench role?

If we are really that desperate for a 5th forward then sign somonea who is actually young who is 18 or 19. that is a striker for the future. Huntelaar is a striker for the NOW.

you can have 5 strikers if you have somebody like zalayeta. but you can't use huntelaar as a 5th striker, neither can you palladino. you give him a regular chance or you sell him. it's simple

remember 2 years ago ? even our 4th striker, mutu, had to be played out of position to get some opportunities.

I'm sorry Rab but you're overrating Palladino here. He's no more than just an average attacker and I can't see him getting better. Huntelaar is way better than him.

i can see palladino getting better, much better, but maybe not what some people expect from him like future azzurri star or something. anyway it's hard to tell who's more talented as they are completely different players. huntelaar is a goal poacher, kind of like trezeguet while palladino has a better technical basis. anyway we should start with defining a position for palladino, probably second striker like del piero

Because we are Juventus :kick:

Na but seriously, if we qualify for Champions League then we're pretty much like any other of the major teams. Sure we won't have the same quality but our hunger and determination for winning makes up for it. So if we could have the likes of Del Piero, Trezeguet, Mutu, and Zlatan at the same time then why can't we have it again?

Besides, Huntelaar is 10x better than Palladino and he'll take over once Trez hangs up his boots. Palladino should look to play for Bologna or something he's not cut out for Juve.

Juventus will always be Juventus, we're not fucking Villareal or something and Huntelaar knows that.

^^ so true...but some of our fans here seem to forget the incredible legacy and history Juventus represents...sure this season is a renaissance and may require caution but there can be no excuses next year...we are CHAMPIONS and must have a team that represents that

I too like Hunterlaar and would want him to join us. But the I would be happy if we

bring IN: WC CB, Diego, De Ceglie, Marchisio, Giovinco, Ujfalusi & Flamini (for free)

OUT: Boumsong, Birindelli, Tiago, Almiron

PS: I don't know whether or not Nedved will retire or continue for one more year to play in the CL, assuming that we qualify.
