Why are Juve fans so afraid of the competition? We're gonna have games every 3 day next season FFS, so the more the better, plus it would add to the unpredictability of the front line.

I think another striker would be ok. the question is what system are we going to play, if 4-3-3 then we def need another striker. But we might need more wider forward, not huntelaar or amauri.

yes, it´s up to Ranieri whether he wants to go on with the 4-4-2 formation or try something else.

it will be interesting if we sign a playmaker. Where will he play?

Ajax striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar has moved closer to a summer transfer to Roma after his agent revealed that Juventus have pulled out of the race to sign him.
Huntelaar Closer To Roma As Juve Pull Out

The 24-year-old has a prolific goalscoring record in Dutch football, and is virtually certain to leave Ajax in the summer to move to a big club.

Both Juventus and Roma had been following Huntelaar, however his agent Vincenzo Morabito says that the Bianconeri are no longer in the running.

“Juventus aren’t chasing him anymore, as they are focused on Amauri,” Morabito admitted in Il Romanista.

“Milan and Inter don’t have any great need for strikers, so now a move to the Stadio Olimpico looks possible.

“If he comes to Italy, he will only come to Roma. How much will he cost? It will take around €20m.”

Morabito said that any opposition that Roma are likely to face to sign Huntelaar is going to come from England.

“The main worry for Roma comes from England,” he explained.

“For example, Manchester City were chasing Huntelaar in January, but Ajax chose to keep hold of him until June.

“Dutch players often prefer to go to England because of the language, but Italy has an important tradition and I wouldn’t rule anything out at the moment.”

Huntelaar was on the scoresheet for the Dutch national team in midweek during their 3-0 friendly win in Croatia.

What happens if we lose on Amauri? If we pulled out of the race for Huntelaar, that must mean we have very good chances on netting Amauri.

MC is way better than KJH.

@ mark, if he isn't his agent why the hell do the newspapers write all this rubbish. Also any news on Diego and Klaas?

because he says he is and they don't make their research.

no news, only the articles on the net. For me, both would be Juve players next season.

I disagree there mate, Amauri showed he can score in one of the most difficult leagues in the world, while Huntelaar only showed he can score in the Dutch league.
Just look at Kezman, he scored 25+ goals for PSV every year, but at Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Fenerbache, he failed.
I prefer going for a SerieA proven striker then for Huntelaar if we have can choose.

not really, that's like comparing to trez to kanoute. KJH is a better goal scorer but amauri is a better overall player. i would go for KJH though. i love having box strikers in the team.
