Der 24-jährige Mittelfeldspieler Rafael van der Vaart hat in Hamburg einen gültigen Vertrag bis 2010 und sein Klub möchte ihn bekanntlich bis 2012 ausweiten. Der spielstarke holländische Internationale wird schon seit geraumer Zeit mit englischen und spanischen Klubs in Verbindung gebracht, aber vor allem der FC Bayern München hat mehr als nur ein Auge auf den Hamburger geworfen. Doch auch die Fiorentina ist am Spieler interessiert. Die Toskaner wollen mit dem Sportchef des HSV Dietmar Beiersdorfer den Kontakt aufnehmen. Die Fiorentina könnte sich auch ein Tauschgeschäft mit Valeri Bojinov und Ablösesumme vorstellen. Aus Italien sickert zudem durch, dass die "Alte Dame" aus Turin, wohl die aktivste Mannschaft auf dem Transfermarkt zur Zeit, weiterhin fieberhaft einen zentralen Mittelfeldspieler mit Spielmacher-Qualitäten sucht und nach den beinahe abgeschlossenen Transfers von Torsten Frings und Mario Ariel Bolatti jetzt auch am Holländer vom HSV interessiert ist. Klar ist, dass der HSV seinen Star-Spieler nicht abgeben möchte, aber die Entscheidung über einen weiteren Verbleib in Hamburg wird der Spieler selbst fällen müssen, und da äusserte er sich zuletzt nicht so klar.

Thats not a bad idea actually
VDV is quite good and I remember seeing him a couple of years ago and I was impressed
He is a very good player and can develop to something really great
he is not Kaka but you won`t find another Kaka that easily
overall he is a very good player great passing skills good shots on goal nice technique and dribbling skills could fit us well
and I saw him play like this a couple of years ago I believe he has improved from his Ajax years...
