Well Dule said it :

Considering how few games Coman got, how VERY few were left inside wing, and how much time between those games, it has been impossible for him to get into a proper form or momentum

At his age he MUST have games.
Exactly.

But some people still think he's getting enough time. He's young. Too raw to play. That's all one big BS.

I remember how Pogba looked when he came. And look at him. And no, I'm not making a comparison, I'm just saying he must play in order to become a better player. He's got plenty of talent and all he needs now if coaches faith in him to polish a rough diamond. And I'm so glad we signed him btw.

Exactly.

I'm pissed he's not getting a real chance. Same goes for Morata, this was actually the first proper chance. It's quite annoying when they get 10-15 minutes when the match is basically over so they can hardly show any stuff.

Coman needs to play more. Much more. The guy is very talented and he needs minutes to progress, just like Pogba when he came here.
We should be starting both Morata and Coman in all Coppa matches. And then potentially, at least one of them in the matches prior to important UCL clashes. What Allegri was doing with starting Llorente both midweek in CL and on the weekends in the league before Christmas was beyond stupid.

allegri (unlike conte) has been very consistant in developing talents, de sciglio, cristante, elsharawy, poli, niang (to an extent)... i hope he does the same with us. With conte matiello would still be in the primavera and would not get a single minute on the pitch because conte would rather play someone like peluso or de ceglie. I believe allegri could do something good with the likes of coman berardi sturaro rugani etc... (matiello not so much but he can be a good utility player).

Everyone needs to calm down! He's got obvious potential, and maybe he should be given a few more sub appearances but he's nowhere near ready to be a starter.

He's still too raw, capable of moments of brilliance but as seen tonight he was also impulsive and tactically naive at times.

Starting him only to have him underperform will harm his development, Allegri clearly likes him and rates him, and will give him games when he's ready. He gave De Sciglio and El Shaarawy chances at Milan, he's not afraid to play youngsters!

No disagreement here, though I don't think he's getting that little gametime as some others, but it should definitely be more.

I'd just be careful to overlook his errors today, when to be honest there were quite a few of them as well. Again, he's only 18, and they are absolutely to be expected. I'm just cautious that his current abilities are getting overrated quite a bit.

agree. that Fiorentina game was crying for Coman/Morata, i still dont get the point of playing Llorente full 90 minutes. i mean, was Llorente really the difference between a 0-0 draw and losing 0-1 in that game? i bet with Coman/Morata the game would have ended the ame way. and subbing in Padoin/Pepe/Gio/Ogbonna when the game is already won. the most useless subs i have ever seen. i hope we dont see these things again

I'm also absolutely convinced that Allegri rates him highly, and that he will give him more chances at the most appropriate times. Allegri has a great track record of showing faith to youngsters and developing them, so I truly believe Coman is in the best of hands.
