I think its less about coaching and more about letting him play how he obviously should play. He shouldn't be a winger. He should be a roaming Attacking mid with freedom on that side of the field to do what he wants.

Do you guys believe long term he will develop into a striker? He has the height and physicality for it and it wouldn't surprise me if they wanted to push towards that as they usually do in Italy.

Perhaps once he starts losing some of his pace and agility in about a decade from now i could sure see it happening, but then again if he starts bulking up earlier he is probably going to transition into that role even sooner because he does have the shooting skill/power for it while his size helps too.
