he doing a variation on the of the rack pull, which itself is a variation of the popular deadlift. less hard to do than the traditional deadlift since range of motion is smaller, but still a good way to build strength and back muscle with smaller focus on lower body mucles glutes and hamstrings which is good since those muscles are well developed already. great excercise for your core. if anything this will help him with explosive movement with his core being strong.

Pulisic will be too old next season. His speed will start to diminish and we'll pay a premium for him because he had a great season.

I don’t think it’s about who else could we have given the no.10 to as much as it is about why rush it and give it to a player that is yet to have played even one full senior season in his career… we obviously rushed it due to marketing reasons and added extra responsibilities and expectations on a player that is only now experiencing his first year as a full time starter instead of allowing him to grow without all the additional pressure.

Then the fact that his exact role isn’t even yet defined and that the team had largely been disorganized while still going through this transition period sure hasn’t helped his case either.

Coman knew there are better places for him to grow out there, and jumped ship quick to earn that teenage star reputation you're on about.

I still think he's an elite talent but this year was a waste for his development because we decided to play him as a LW. It's just so obvious that he isn't suited to that position at all. He's a SS / #10.
