Juventus have beaten Liverpool and Tottenham to the signing of Brazilian starlet Kaio Jorge, 19, from Santos. (Goal)

This from today’s BBC trawl of transfer stories.

Tici would have given his agent €10M, paid €30M to Santos and put this kid on €7M a season straight away.

So relieved Secco 2.0 is nowhere near our club anymore.
This is exaggerated but he will probably end up for 8m agent fee, 10m to Santos + 10% of future transfer to justify his 12m valuation (in his mind this will be 20m transfer for club and agent fee). For wages he will give this kid 3-4m per year (no way he give him more than Arthur as comparison). But still , it is good that he is not our DS anymore. Cherubini only need to brought Arrivabene to every meeting to give the counterpart pressure and playing the bad cop good cop combo

Arrivabene is really intimidating

And we only need a team of capable scout to discover players that we need to sign, maybe poach some from Dortmund (looking by how they found Pulisic, Reyna, Bellingham, Sancho etc) . Or he only need to buy 1 copy of FM edition every year and search for 170+ PA players who under 25 years of age and start his work from there

 so according to video Cherrubini inserted a CL qualification bonus clause in the Kaio Jorge deal.

Another suprise was the 5% future sell on fee with Santos.

Kaio looks promising, he had some really good stats as a teenager. I think for me the standout info was how he shined in tournaments. One of Brazils best u17 world cup winning player and then his goals in liberatodores. His league stats say otherwise. Looking forward to watching this him in action.

maybe he’s one of those guys that plays better when he has better players around him. His reported strengths are making plays for those around him, so it would make sense. Would also explain why bigger clubs were after him despite pretty meh stats. He’s also still a teenager, so he’s probably not done developing.
